Provided the design of 1.83 miles of new road realignment on BIA Route 11 west the community of Cherry Creek on the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation.  The design included detour, platting, Right of Way mapping, drainage, surfacing and erosion controls.  Also, included in the roadway design is the repair of a section of roadway that failed in a landslide.
