PROJECT OWNER:  N. ARAPAHOE TRIBAL HOUSING 

This project included the street design for 20 housing units.  Design services included for this project included the following:

·       1,600 lineal feet of asphalt street

·       3,100 lineal feet of curb and gutter

·       Asphalt driveways

·       Surface drainage and 200 lineal feet of storm sewer

·       Water main design to form a loop within existing water main

·       Sewer force main and lift station for existing lagoon system

·       Site grading

·       Construction management

·       Building pads for 10 duplex units
