This project included the street design for thirty (30) housing units.  Design services for this project included the following:  

·       7,700 lineal feet of curb and gutter

·       5,000 lineal feet of asphalt streets

·       4,900 lineal feet of domestic water line

·       3,200 lineal feet of gravity sewer and 1,100 lineal feet of force sewer main with lift station

·       Building pads with 30 constructed units

·       Surface drainage with valley gutters and holding pond

·       Street lighting

·       Erosion control
