Required for “metes and bounds” pipeline easement descriptions for the Mid-Dakota Rural Water System.  Filed certified land corner records and bearing and, distance ties to the alignment. 

Contract work included legal surveys for the water treatment plant near Pierre, O&M center near Miller and water tower west of Highmore, South Dakota.
