PROJECT OWNER: ROSEBUD SIOUX TRIBE

This project included the construction management for seventy-six (76) staff quarters.  Contract administration included the processing of contractor’s pay requests, contract modifications requests (construction change orders), construction materials submittal and shop drawings review and on site inspection of the construction.  Design services for this project included the following:

·                 Water distribution

·                 Drainage

·                 Storm sewer

·                 Street lighting

·                 Erosion control

·                 Project specifications

·                 Construction Observation

·                 Materials testing

·                 Contract Administration
