AS&A provided the on site construction administration consisting of the processing of contractor’s pay requests, contract modification requests, (contract change orders), reviewing submittals for construction materials and shop drawings and on site inspection of the construction.  The project consists of a design, construction monitoring of a 76’-0” single span precast bulb tee unit replacement bridge.  

Other professional services provided by AS&A included replacement study including life cycle costs, environmental plans including 404 permitting, design plans and erosion plans.  AS&A provided complete contract administration through the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Transportation Department 638 Program.
