This Bridge is a single span 76’-0” precast concrete bulb tee unit replacement bridge. The project included Abutments, Concrete Approach Slabs, Asphalt Approaches, Guard Rail and Channel Stabilization.  The bridge is over the Phister Creek at the He Dog Day School on BIA Route 4. 

Aaron Swan and Associates ASA provided the Inspection, Replacement Study including Life Cycle Costs, Environmental Plans including 404 permitting, Design Plans, Erosion Plans.  ASA provided full contract administration through the Rosebud Sioux Tribes Transportation Departments 638 program. ASA also provided full construction monitoring

ASA personnel have received training from the Corps of Engineers and have been certified to perform construction observation and materials testing on Corps Projects.

ASA Material Testing Laboratory personnel are SDDOT certified as QC/QA technicians at various levels 1 through 4 and ACI at various grades. The ASA Lab is accredited AAP and AMRL
